3.2.4 Time Frames
The PBR Act sets out the time frames that must be met in the Application process (Click "More Info" for a list). In most cases extensions can be obtained if there are valid reasons, and decisions not to grant an extension are often reviewable by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) – see Section 3.11 of this Guide for more information about the AAT.
